This week it’s a mystery episode from the South African sci-fi series The Challenge Of Space. We’ll call it The Centauries for now, and I’ll see if I can find the correct title (if that’s not it) later on. It may have first aired December 1, 1970.

According to Springbok’s log, The Centauries was episode 29 of the series, broadcast on Jan 1, 1970 (written as 12/1/70 in the European custom of month first).
I remember as a young man about age 10 or 11 reading this story in a paperback story collection. Really interesting to hear this in radio play format! Thanks for posting. Enjoyed this a lot.
