  1. The Dummy by Creaking Door was well done, but … it was a dirdect rip-off from one of the most eerie and scary films of the past 50 years. That was “Dead of Night”, a British b&w film that starred Melvin Johns and Michael Redgrave. His tale about rhe ventriloquist’s dummy was identical – and 20 years before this tale!
