On this episode we’ll hear a radio adaptation of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night produced for CBS radio. Featuring Orson Welles, among many other notable actors, this production first aired August 30. 1937.
We’ll hear from a new series this week titled Fort Laramie. This audition episode (no title apparently) aired July 25, 1955. Then it’s Incredible But True and Nemesis On The Left. We finish off with Cavalcade Of America and The Texas Rangers, from March 6, 1939 (begins at 35:09).
This week we’ll hear Adam And The Darkest Day from Quiet Please. This one first aired November 7, 1948.
As with many Quiet Please episodes the audio quality isn’t fantastic on this one. If you’re a stickler for that you might want to skip it. Of course you’ll miss a great story in doing that!
