Thank you Jim for a very fun and good ole ghost story. I too wish we would see more, hear more. I am afraid that too many people have become addicted to their electronic gadgets, Hollywood special effects so that the monotonous blankness of television has mummified the brains of otherwise intelligent and creative people. I am thankful that you and a few keep up the mission to keep this old and wonderful stuff available. I wish you could get rights to pick up on some of the South African stories that are protected. It troubles me that so much was “deleted” from existence. I would like to see the Black Mass people come out of the woodworks and pull out more of their stories. i wish . . . .
Amen. Syfy really needs to work on good old fashion ghost stories. … They could even use theses old time radio dramas as inspiration.
I heartily agree with your comments concerning the Syfy channel. Not only have they worn out to death the giant monster and apocalyptic scenarios, but whatever theme on their 9pm movie is, they will run a marathon of like movies all bloody day so that by the time 9 o’clock rolls around you are sick to death of the subject, and can’t stand to see any more.
