WONDERFUL! Thank you very much. I have only read and heard the opera, but never had I heard the story. Beautiful! Although in the opera she ran and jumped into the sea, and from the sea rose two brillian lights into eternity. Also I believe that she sat at a spinning wheel and saw this man in her mind and heart. Who cares? it’s a wonderful story. Such a magnificent treat!!!!!
