ITW02: Tillie McGoon And The Preacher by Hawk Larabee

1

I had a request for more Hawk Durango, but it turns out the one we heard was all I could find.  But, Hawk Durango became Hawk Larabee after its first seven episodes.  From that series, we’ll hear Tillie McGoon And The Preacher.  This one first aired February 7, 1948.

Thanks to Kevin Macleod for our closing music, Cattails.

  1. Delightful! Ole hawk is such a sapp for helping people, as rough and tough as he may be. Finding him is this role was kind of funny but also sweet. Barton Yarborough is one of my favorite characters. He’s always good in his role. I just went through 40 eps of “One Man’s Family”, mostly because he was one of the brothers, of course a problem type “child”

    thanks Jim!
