This week we’ll hear from Exploring Tomorrow, and their episode from April 30, 1958 titled The Stowaway.
The Screen Guild Theater brings us our featured show this time. From December 7, 1941 we’ll hear Between Americans. This series aired from 1939 to 1952, and was broadcast at one time or another from all of the major radio networks.
Part of the 1970’s old time radio revival, The Devil And Mr. O (that O belonging to Arch Oboler) rebroadcast Lights Out episodes from three decades earlier. We’ll hear an episode originally broadcast in 1942 as Mister Maggs, titled here as The Chest. This aired January 28, 1972.
This week our first tale of crime comes from Murder By Experts. From August 8, 1949 we’ll hear Dark Island. After Believe It Or Not, we’ll hear from This Is Your FBI and an episode titled Death In The Tropics from July 12, 1946.
Our horror favorite comes from Sherry this week. She asked to hear The Ring Of Thoth by Escape. Based on the Arthur Conan Doyle story, this episode first aired August 11, 1947. Thanks Sherry!

Another hour of old time radio begins this week with That Strong Guy (yes, that’s the real title!) and an episode from 1955 titled Temple Of Horror. Next up is Believe It Or Not and Two Lives. We finish off this episode with Queen Of Diamonds from the Molle Mystery Theater (begins at 25:55). That one first aired April 18, 1947.
We’ll hear this week from The Mysterious Traveler and a tale called Death Comes For Adolf Hitler. This one first aired March 24, 1945 which incidentally was just over a month before death did come for Hitler via a self inflicted bullet to the head.
