Our horror favorite comes from Mike this week, with one he sent in some time ago. It’s The Sea by Lights Out. This program was first done September 16, 1936 then again on March 2, 1943. I believe this is the 1943 version.

Our horror favorite this week comes from Bob. He wanted to hear Valse Triste from Lights Out. This episode was originally done with Boris Karloff in 1938, but that recording isn’t available. The version we’ll hear features Dinah Shore, Lou Merrill, and Joseph Kearns, and aired December 29, 1942.
Our strange tale comes from Lights Out this week. Oxychloride X was first heard in January of 1938, but this version aired February 16, 1943.
Next week it’s another mystery lurking behind The Creaking Door!
It’s Lights Out on this episode of The Horror. We’ll hear the episode from August 10, 1946 titled The Ghost On The Newsreel Negative. The audio gets pretty crunchy half way through this one, but I’ve done all I can to help it sound better.
Don’t forget that you can send in your favorite horror themed episode for possible play on the Wednesday show. Send it to [email protected], and please put Horror Favorite in the subject line.
Our horror favorite this week is Murder Castle from Lights Out. This episode first aired August 3, 1943 and is loosely based on serial killer H.H. Holmes. Thanks for your submission Stephanie!
Like that silly ghost hunting TV show, we go Lights Out once again this week! From July 20, 1946 we’ll hear The Haunted Cell. Don’t forget this Wednesday’s Horror Replay will feature the last ever episode of Suspense titled Devilstone.
We’ve got another weird one from Lights Out this week! From December 22, 1942 we’ll hear Meteor Man.
