Based on the Wilkie Collins story of the same name, we’ll hear an episode titled Mad Monkton from The Weird Circle. Produced between 1943 and 1945, this syndicated series aired over various stations at various times. This episode may have originally aired sometime in 1944.
Amanda wrote in asking for a bit more from Vincent Price. Here’s Vincent in the Suspense adaptation of The Pit And The Pendulum, which first aired November 10, 1957. Four years later, Price would appear in another telling of this tale, this time for the silver screen in Roger Corman’s 1961 film version.
