Our horror favorite this week was requested by Pete, and comes from Dark Fantasy. This series was relatively short lived, producing 31 episodes including the one we’ll hear today titled Pennsylvania Turnpike. This one first aired March 20, 1942.
Part of the 1970’s old time radio revival, The Devil And Mr. O (that O belonging to Arch Oboler) rebroadcast Lights Out episodes from three decades earlier. We’ll hear an episode originally broadcast in 1942 as Mister Maggs, titled here as The Chest. This aired January 28, 1972.
Our horror favorite comes from Sherry this week. She asked to hear The Ring Of Thoth by Escape. Based on the Arthur Conan Doyle story, this episode first aired August 11, 1947. Thanks Sherry!
