We hear from one of the early radio horror series this week with The Witch’s Tale. The Bronze Venus was first heard in 1931, though the version we’ll hear was a two-part episode presented in August of 1935.

We’ll hear from the CBS Radio Mystery Theater this week. Land Of The Living Dead first aired November 3, 1977.
Quiet, Please took to the air June 8, 1947 and united friends Wyllis Cooper (writer), and Ernest Chappell (announcer/actor) for what some call the best horror and science fiction series from radio’s golden age. We’ll hear Wear The Dead Man’s Coat, which first aired February 23, 1948.
This week we’ll hear from Theater 10:30 and an episode titled The Yellow Wallpaper. If that title sounds familiar there’s good reason, Suspense aired a version starring Agnes Moorehead that we heard last November. Here’s a link to that one.
