Based on the short story by John Jessel, pen name of Stanley Weinbaum, The Adaptive Ultimate aired on Escape March 26, 1949. The story was first published in 1935, and was adapted by a few early sci-fi television series as well.
Ashley wrote in recently and suggested Three Skeleton Key by Escape. This story was done a number of times on both Escape, and Suspense over the years. This version, starring Vincent Price, first aired March 17, 1950. Thanks for the suggestion, Ashley.
