As a life-long fan of Conan Doyle, I am always interested in hearing a Sherlock Holmes adaptation I haven’t come across before. This one was enjoyable fare. Kevin McCarthy was an adequate Holmes but the actor playing Watson had plainly taken as his model Nigel Bruce who was Basil Rathbone’s sidekick !
